Nose Chin Guard
The first place you are apt to damage your beloved car is in the nose. Here is one solution.
Fabricated from 1/8" by 2" flat stock steel and attached using 2 oil cooler screws.
Unfortunately, this car was damaged before the bar was added, so the stainless steel piece was added to cover up a previous scrape.
UPDATE
A newer design uses all 4 oil cooler screws. They have been fabricated from either White or Black wear-resistant 6/6 nylon or out of aluminum (shown below)
