Disappearing Front License Plate
This was an interesting project. The device is sold by Altec Products Inc. Part # 400EU called Show N Go. They advertise it for a Viper, mounting the plate under the front of the car and flipping the plate up. Unfortunately, mounted in this manner on a cobra, it would need to be mounted under the oil cooler and would be too close to the ground, so this is not a simple bolt on. After modifying the device and fabricating brackets, I was able to mount the device under the Cobra nose so it could flip the plate down as seen in the video.
