Solid Differential Mounts
Early Superformance cars, up to about car 1800, were built with the Ford 8.8 IRS differential. The forward mounts are Ford OEM rubber and steel. While the OEM mounts help to isolate sound produced by the drive train, they can also be responsible for wheel hop. If you have experienced wheel hop, these solid mounts may help. They are a direct replacement for OEM mounts.
